Bug Description
In khelpcenter -> kioslaves, clicking on many of the articles about the kioslaves
causes errors. There appear to be three types of error message, "documentation not
installed", "could not find the documentation", "an error occurred while loading the
documentation". The last error type appears to be related to the second type in that
the error occurred because the documentation was unavailable.
Below is the list of the kioslaves with errors followed by the error message, and in
the cases where some text is dumped to the command line that too.
"documentation not installed"

i'd guess this is due to khelpcenter not being installed?
