Remove back and forward buttons from nautilus

Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

With the combination of the up button and the location bar providing all this functionality already, the back and forward button could be removed from the toolbar.

thank you for your bug report, those functions are useful to some users and we are not going to change the default configuration, there is already bug #13119 about customizing the toolbar
