Bug Description

Passing a comment_ids parameter to Launchpad.comments() on a Bugzilla-Launchpad 0.9-3.2 instance results in a database error on the remote system (traceback attached).

Marking this as High, since it doesn't affect any users that much. The work around is to not supply comment_ids, which will be a bit less efficient, but it works.

Okay, I think I've fixed this (the fix was pretty obvious, when I looked at it), and committed the fix:

It looks like this was actually also affecting 3.0, when I checked. So I fixed it there:
