Bug Description
after having installed several languages the default language for all those, who didn't specify a user-language became the last installed language.
IMHO if nothing is specified, English should be the default language

Hello,
You must use blueprints for feature improvements, requests or suggestions.
We must keep using the bugtracker for real bugs otherwise it's not
manageable. Blueprints are planified by milestone. Bugs are fixed directly.
I close this bug as it should be a feature or improvement request. It's
not a bug. I let you create a blueprint if you want.
