Bug Description

Test Bed --
Dolphin 0.9.2 (using KDE 3.5.9)

Issue --
It would be good to have a context menu link or properties page for calculating/ comparing md5 checksums in Dolphin.
Currently we need to drop to the command line for this.

Use Case --
User downloads a GNU+Linux distribution .iso file from the internet. Right clicks on the file, goes to the md5 page and pastes the known md5 in a text box provided to validate the file.
Alternatively we could even have a new window pop-up if we don't want to change the existing properties window.

Attachments --
A mockup of a possible dialog box.

Comment --
Some might say why not extend this for sha and other checksum algorithms as well :)

Hello,

Thanks for reporting this feature request! Unfortunately, at this time Kubuntu does not have the developer manpower needed to implement and maintain many features at the Kubuntu level. This wish would best be reported and tracked at https://bugs.kde.org, so that it can be implemented by the KDE developers themselves. Once implemented in KDE, it will be included in Kubuntu once the KDE version the feature is implemented in reaches Kubuntu.

Thanks!
