Bug Description

WebKam is a KDE4 application for taking photos from a webcam.

In repository there isn't an application for taking photos in Kde4 from webcam. "Cheese" is in gtk, now there is webkam in Qt4, so I ask for a FFE for webkam. Thanks.

too late to get it into intrepid now, hence marking the FFe as won't fix.
