Bug Description

Binary package hint: conduit

The conduit package still has a dependency on python-evolution, which (AFAIK) is superseeded by python-gnome2-desktop. http://www.conduit-project.org/wiki/evolution-python mentions this as well.

Not sure if this is the place to report it... but having both python-evolution and python-gnome2-desktop on my system prevented Hamster from reading tasks from Evolution, removing python-evolution resolved this but then I had to remove conduit as well (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=553368)

(Using Ubuntu 8.04.1, conduit 0.3.6-1ubuntu1, hamster-applet 2.23.93~ppa2)
