launchpad-integration doesn't open a new browser for sudo apps (like gnome-app-install)

Bug Description

Pressing Help > Get Help Online does not open a web browser. I have to first open firefox and then press Help > Get Help Online in order to connect to launchpad.net.

Both gnome-app-install and launchpad-integration are parts of the main component. Bugs for this component should be filed in bugzilla.ubuntu.com
