Bug Description
There should be an option (either global or per-user) for team admins to not receive notifications everytime someone joins/leaves the team or his status is changed.
Use case:
- The team revu-uploaders isn't used anymore and team admins are constantly getting mails about people leaving it. Further, when it was still used we didn't mind about who joined it, neither.
See also bug 507515 which asks for non admins to be able to subscribe to team notifications.
If we solve bug 507515 by allowing anyone to subscribe to team metadata changes, and set some sensible defaults for admins based on the team policy, then this bug will be effectively fixed.

(Hobbsee just remembered me that setting a mail address for the time may send those notifications there, but I think this would be useful nevertheless as perhaps there are teams who want to receive bugmail but not notification about joins/quits, etc.)
