Screens and Graphics won't start

Bug Description
I'm using Ubuntu 8.10.a few days ago I added Screens and Graphics to the main menu, and I was able to open Screens and Graphics, now after my latest update when I click on Screens and Graphics it won't start.I see on the bottom panel it says "Stating Administration", but it never loads and it won't open.That's the only problem I have in 8.10.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported for the package is no longer available in Ubuntu.
