Update multipath-tools to 0.4.6

Bug Description

Multipath-tools package in breezy is old, can you update to multipath-tools 0.4.6?

I think this software is essential for SAN management in linux so I think you could move from universe to main if ubuntu is a server distribution too,

can you backport multipath-tools and udev from dapper to breezy? Have I to install a development ubuntu release to proper manage SAN storage?
