clock applet hebrew (rtl) week days are justified to the left (too much)

Bug Description
when clicking the "clock applet" on the desktop's menu bar in hebrew (rtl) UI mode
i see the week days labels justify to the left and not to the right (as should be)
which gives an incorrect indication of the current day.
