About Ubuntu (from gnome panel) missing a section title

Bug Description
After clicking "About Ubuntu" in the System Menu in hoary when the document is
viewed in yelp, a title is missing for the first section. The second section
"the wonderful world of linux" has a title but "Welcome to Ubuntu Linux 5.04" is
missing a section title. Titles are viewed in the left panel.
