The least interesting of the two pieces of information has become clickable. When I receive an email like this, I'd like to click on the the duplicate bug to confirm that it is, in fact, a duplicate. I realiase that having the URL in that text could be confusing. Perhaps the HTML version of the email could have a clickable link?

Agreed that it would be more useful to easily get to the dup target from that email.
Though I just started pondering Malone sending out HTML email a few minutes before hitting this bug report, I imagine there are no short-term plans to make that happen.
