Notebook icons should show in Notebook selector

Bug Description

One can select icons for notebooks. However, the icons only appear in the taskbar. Zim should display the icons in the Notebook Selector dialog next to each notebook name.

In fact, having the icons show in the taskbar is a terrible usability issue. When I look a the taskbar, I look for the Zim icon. Having some other icon, even if I selected it, makes finding the correct item in the taskbar difficult to find. At a minimum, please make this optional. Thanks.

To clarify, the suggestion to "make this optional" would be to make the display of the icon in the taskbar optional. It could look like this:

Icon: __________________________
[] Show in Notebook Selector
[] Show in Taskbar

What you list here as a bug is actually the original feature for which I added the notebook icon. Without the daemon process each notebook had it's own trayicon and it made sense to have an option for that.

Will take it as a feature request to have an preference for this. (So in the preference dialog, not in the properties dialog where you can set the icon for a specific notebook.)
