Please sync bind9 1:9.5.0.dfsg.P2-4 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The PIE hardening and ufw integration are now included as of 1:9.5.0.dfsg.P2-2
