Bug Description
As seen in OOPS-1055A332, when accessing the bugpage of #297388 it oopses, because it had its comment 0 deleted by accident. We need a query to fix that.

This is related to bug 297411, which isn't straightforward to solve (the Bug table has its fingers in a lot of pies).
To cover this for the time being we could mark the bug as private and delete all its subscribers. That will make it invisible to all intents and purposes.
