[needs-packaging] Acme::Bleach

Bug Description

Without Acme::Bleach, many perl programmers are forced to endure unsightly printable characters in their code. I would like to request that this perl module be included in Universe to rectify this problem. Here is the CPAN page for it: http://search.cpan.org/dist/Acme-Bleach/lib/Acme/Bleach.pm
