Bug Description

Gwibber should have a menu entry in Help entitled 'Report a bug' which automatically launches https://bugs.launchpad.net/gwibber/+filebug in a browser

Another menu entry 'Ask a question about gwibber' could also link to https://answers.launchpad.net/gwibber/ or https://answers.launchpad.net/gwibber/+addquestion

imo it would be good to have these in place for the 1.0 release to help guide users unaccustomed to launchpad

Have committed a fix, adding menu items that open the URLs for answers, translations and bugs to the Help menu in the same style as used by gedit.

I'm not sure yet if we can also link this in with apport (https://launchpad.net/apport) for bug reporting to automatically collect package versions for webkit, python etc. for us and add them to the bug report.

We should use the same images that gedit uses for those menu entries. But, looks good!
