Need an easy way to keep dimensions of image when importing

Bug Description
When importing an image, it would be nice of the user could hold down shift (or ctrl - I don't remember what is default in Gimp) and GScrot would force the image to be sizes within proportion only.
Atm it's kinda hard to get the proportions right.
This is on Rev.301 - ppa4.
