Bug Description

Hi,
i just found very strange behaviour of Firefox in Dapper.
When editing any textarea at any page, character "s" is not displayed in it sometimes. It is not fault of my keyboard, because it appears also when editing any text which contains "s". Many of these characters just disappear...
Using firefox 1.5.dfsg+1.5.0.1-1ubuntu2
Maybe i should add some screenshot? (It also appears that this bug is present only when using international characters, as ěščřžýžáíáé)

Attaching screenshot. On the right, there is text displayed by firefox as seen on the page (http://prodia.milackove.net/clanky/diabetikuv-balicek-pro-pripad-krize), on the left, there is "edit" page for displayed story and screenshot of textarea with missing "s" characters

Just found, that this bug exists only when using FreeMono font in textarea and the character is present in it, but isn't displayed. Is this bug of firefox or ttf-freefont?

Do you observe the bug only if "s" is followed by "t"? ("st"), or also in other combinations of letters?
I made similar observation (but for 'st' pair only) at https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/firefox/+bug/36324 .
Additionally, strange behavior exists also for FreeSerif font.
