Bug Description
Your_mom writes: No *DEAD* is displayed for your name only on a team server after death. Its almost unnoticable, Lackadaisical already confirmed this happens in game.

This is a server problem, the server sends the /team message to the sender via a console message that can't be decorated. A fix is committed to 0.2.8.
