TLSCACertificateFile ignored

Bug Description

I am used to openldap on Debian Etch. When installing openldap on Ubuntu I noticed (after several hours) that the setting TLSCACertificateFile in slapd.conf is ignored. To make TLS work I had to add the contents of the intermediate certificate to the server certificate (TLSCertificateFile). This is not documented (or I didn't find it) and is a pain to find out. The cause of this has to be the switch from openssl to gnutls for openldap.
