Printing quality settings

Bug Description

Changing default printing quality settings has no effect. Setting "Draft" instead of "Normal" doesn't change anything, prints are still made with "Normal" quality.

please recheck after a dist-upgrade to dapper 20060414, removal and reinstallation of the printer

Today I upgraded to Beta version.
I tried to change print quality settings but I couldn't. They got always restored to default values.
Executing gnome-cups-manager with sudo helped but test print in gedit was made using default settings.
