trunk(5.0) l10n_fr (Report for l10n_fr) has no access rules!

Bug Description

Currently i see in server console 4 warnings when i install that module
1. WARNING:init:module l10n_fr: no quality certificate
2. WARNING:init:module sale_delivery_report: no quality certificate
3. WARNING:init:object l10n.fr.report (Report for l10n_fr) has no access rules!
4. WARNING:init:object l10n.fr.line (Report Lines for l10n_fr) has no access rules!

Can you add the security for the l10n_fr module ?

Could you upgrade your source because these modules have been certified yesterday and today.

Fault was my side *bug in update script what i made!
