Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
Jaunty 32bit
See attached Power Devil screenshot. It's saying the CPU can't be scaled. The battery applet and powertop both say my 2GHz CPU is currently scaled down to 600MHz, so I'm pretty sure that means it can be scaled.
