Bug Description
When starting a new app, a new button appears in the window switcher along the bottom of the screen. After upgrading to Dapper, I've noticed that the strings displayed initially in these buttons are sometimes strange. They always switch to something sane (along with the icon), but the initial display seems to be around longer than in Breezy, and some are awkwardly ugly.
This may actually be separate issues with each app, but it seems odd that the same awkward behaviour appeared in several different apps upon upgrading from Breezy to Dapper. Are apps just launching more slowly so those temp strings display longer?
Examples:
1. Synaptic - "gksu"
2. OpenOffice - "ooqstart"
Admittedly this is a very minor thing - it is purely cosmetic, but it makes Dapper feel a little rough and sluggish.
Thanks for your bug. Do you still have that issue with Dapper current or edgy?
