window not displayed when status icon disabled

Bug Description
If the status icon is disabled in user preferences, the main window will not be shown on startup.

This must be fixed in the next version.
Workaround: Always show status icon, do not disable it in preferences. If the status icon is already disabled, delete ~/.TunnelManage
