Bug Description

/usr/share/doc-base/cdbs register /usr/share/doc/cdbs/cdbs-doc.xhtml and /usr/share/doc/cdbs/*.xhtml, but cdbs package does not include those file. There exist rules to build those file in the cdbs source pakcage, but they are not packaged in the binary package.

As a consequence yelp contains an entry for cdbs, but trying to read it gives an error message.
