Please bump the gwibber version in both branches

Please update the gwibber version in both branches now that 0.8 has been released.

Also, the version in trunk must to be higher than the version in the release branch.

The reason is that to publish dailies (in the gwibber-daily PPA, tracking trunk) or previews (in the gwibber-team PPA , tracking the release branch), we automatically get the version from the code, then we add ~bzrXXX making it lower (~ means lower than anything).

We can then release the version when it's ready and it will replace the snapshot.

0.8 is lp:gwibber/1.0 bzr239 so we want all bzr snapshots > 239 to be higher than 0.8, but 0.8~bzr238 < 0.8 according to APT/dpkg.

It would be nice if you could bump lp:gwibber/1.0 to for ex 0.8.1 (or better, call it 0.8.1pre so it's obvious in the About dialog) and lp:gwibber to 0.9(pre) or 1.0(pre) so that users will get:

- jaunty (no PPA): 0.8 (from universe)
- jaunty + gwibber-team PPA: 0.8.1~bzrXXX
- jaunty + gwibber-daily PPA: 0.9.1~bzrYYY
- jaunty + gwibber-team PPA + gwibber-daily PPA: 0.9.1~bzrYYY

As it is now, once 0.8 is in universe (a matter of hours), the two PPA will become useless.
