Totem does not play *.mp4 files (ipod format) with all plugins installed

Bug Description

Totem-gstreamer will not play any mp4 file (the ipod format) with full plugins installed. If you would like a sample of the files that do not play for TESTING PURPOSES ONLY, you may contact me via email.

This is because MPEG4 is a restricted formats. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RestrictedFormats for more information about why such formats cannot be supported out of the box...

Yes, I understand this, but I have full plugins installed (main, universe, mutliverse, good, ugly, and bad)
