New upstream release filelight 1.9~beta for kde4

In repository there is 1.0 version, too old. This new version is native for kde4.

Changelog:
Some fixes with drawing (proper background color, antialiasing, etc.), uses Solid to get available partitions (instead of parsing the output from df), better layout on the Summary/welcome screen.

     The current version is compatible with KDE4.

This new version uses Solid http://solid.kde.org/ to get available partitions. It has a better layout in according to KDE4 themes. The old version is ugly to look in KDE4 because uses libqt3.
There isn't a detailed changelog in the sources.

Unfortunatly, Anthony Mercatante has yet uploaded filelight-rc1

I did not understand why a contributor has to ask a FFe for an upstream release, while a motu can upload a new release of package without asking FFe. At least a motu should search in LP if there is already an opened bug before uploading his package.
