this bug need a freeze exception, it fix bug #332177 (qterm crash when selecting a site under QT 4.5, which make it totally useless)

Hello,

this package does not ship Changelog or NEWS file. the README contains the NEWS of this version in Chinese. (check README in attachment). I translated it into English and attached as (README.en)

build log in attachment. you can check more build log in my ppa: https://launchpad.net/~lidaobing/+archive/ppa

install log already in attachment.

I have use the new version for several days. it works fine.
