Binary package hint: xubuntu-desktop

In Xubuntu Jaunty, firefox-3.0-gnome-support is not installed which means, among others, that Firefox doesn't have applications associated with MIME types. Thus, you have to pick them manually when e.g. opening files from the Download Manager in Firefox.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, I am closing it because the bug has been fixed in the latest development version of Ubuntu - the Jaunty Jackalope. In the latest installed version of Jaunty, 20090304, firefox-3.0-gnome-support is a 'Suggests' for firefox-3.0.
