ImageShack fails to upload

Bug Description
When uploading an image to ImageShack.us, it tries for a minute then shows a 'Could not upload' notification bubble. When running Do from the terminal it shows this:
ImageShack exception: Parsed url was empty. ImageShack has probably changed its format.
Seems like the ImageShack plugin needs an update.

Yep, I can confirm this error. I updated the code to request an XML response from ImageShack, which means we shouldn't have to screen scrape for the image URL anymore. Fix is committed to do-plugins trunk.
