Bug Description

Many corporate environments require the use of proxy servers for accessing the internet. Additionally, services like apt-cacher-ng work in a more transparent fashion when used as a proxy rather than rewriting requests. vm-builder should support these configurations. By "more transparent", I specifically mean that the proxy continues to be utilized by the VMs, for all existing and new repositories, without requiring user intervention to update the sources.list file or files in sources.list.d .

Release: 8.10/Intrepid
Package Version: python-vm-builder 0.9-0ubuntu3.1
Expectation: Support for web proxies.
Actual Outcome: No support for web proxies.

Hi,

I applied this fix from bzr to my jaunty vmbuilder and installed a server through my apt-cache proxy using the --proxy option. Thanks, it works great.
