When printing a calendar in month view in landscape mode, it prints at the wrong angle and half of the calendar is cut off.

Bug Description
Print a month view in the calendar, now try to print it, make sure it's set to landscape. Notice how the page is oriented wrong for the printout mode, and that half of your calendar is cut off. (The error shows up if you try to print to pdf or ps as well, incase you don't want to waste paper)
