new no-connection icon confusing (using zero signal wireless icon)

Bug Description

Binary package hint: human-theme

it was found that the zero signal icon isnt perfect to present the general "not-connected" state. a suggested improvement is to add a red-cross to indicate the "not connected" state.

https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-art-pkg/human-icon-theme/ubuntu is the bzr branch in Launchpad which fixes this. This update needs to be sponsored as soon as possible.
