Bug Description

I reported a bug about the spec tracker, bug #3436. At start it was accessible, however now I am getting a permission error when trying to view it in Malone.

What's the deal? :-)

My guess is that Sivan got permission denied since one of the bugs in
the latest bugs portlet was private. If so, that bug has already been
fixed.
