forgets window position and size

Bug Description

On Dapper, Gajim version 0.9.1 forgets the window placement and size between invocations from the notification tray if I resize the roster window. It remembers the placement correctly if I keep the roster the default width (too thin).

Futhermore, the roster window is placed at the top left of the workspace when the bug occurs.
