firefox config print.print_headerleft is reset every update

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

The various header/footer printer settings are reset everytime firefox is updated.

Id like my prints to be without all the headers and footer cruft, so I remove these by using the print options dialog.
If however firefox is updated, these settings are reset to their original values.

Id expect user settings (as firefox is capable of) to remain as they are regardless of updates to the system wide settings.

What if you set the settings from the printer end instead of firefox end? Are you restarting firefox after update and does that help?

The header and footer are output from Firefox, and the settings are saved without any problems.

If i adjust the headers/footers to display nothing and print a page, they are empty as they should.
If firefox gets updated, the page url, date, and pagenumber return to the prints. This is just a minor inconvenience, but might leak intranet urls to outsiders.

The problem exists in the update mechanism.

Since this report have a long time without activity, could you check (if is possible) in latest version included in Karmic if this issue is still happening? Thanks in advance.
