Bug Description

This was working before updates on 28/3 (I think) where the kernel was updated. I think it is "Atheros Communications Inc. AR5413 802.11abg NIC (rev 01)" that is the wlan. It did not work back in Intrepid and therefore I was very happy too see it work in Jaunty. However, as I said, now it does not work anymore. What info do you need on this regression?

Linux Stora 2.6.28-11-generic #38-Ubuntu SMP Fri Mar 27 09:00:52 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux

Thanks for taking the time to report your problem and help improve Ubuntu. We do need more information from you to help determine why your wireless isn't working. Can you please:

  1) tell us information about the kind of wifi network you're trying to connect to: is it open or protected with wpa?
  2) are you using network-manager|the networking widget in the menu bar to attempt to connect?
  3) can you please run 'apport-collect -p network-manager 353341' on your system? This will attach a number of useful logs and information about your system to help us track down what's going wrong.

Thanks!

Hi! I am marking this bug as invalid. I did a reinstallation and don't have the problem anymore, must have been something I did, sorry :)
