Bug Description
<rrrachel> using 0.4.1 from bzr, and launchpad is down so can't report there: I get the "Save Changes?" warning dialogue on closing a buffer even immediately after manually saving it. so ctrl-s followed by ctrl-v still produces the warning even though the document is now in an unmodified state

<rrrachel> surely it should know and not bring up the dialogue, but just close or quit
