Bug Description
If I retarget a bug from one project to another, I get a 404 (did you lose something) error. This happens because there is no redirect to the project the bug has been assigned to. Instead, it reloads the bug using the same project name.

Apparently someone was doing the exact same thing at the exact same time that I was trying to do.
