What were you trying to install/upgrade when this happened? Did you have an actual kerberos configuration beforehand? What was the last thing which happened before the install/upgrade failed? Were you prompted for any questions regarding your kerberos realm?

I suspect this is the same as #296719, which was fixed in 1.22.
