xmakemol - No .desktop file installed

New .desktop file

additional information:
both xmakemol-gl_5.14-1_i386.deb and xmakemol_5.14-1_i386.deb do not have a .desktop file

I'm taking a look at this, but xmakemol may not be buildable in Dapper. We don't provide libGLw apparently.

checked the .desktop file with desktop-file-validate (no errors).
manually checked seems ok.

PS. Thanks Phill Bull for working a lot of this out.

There seem to be problems with the package. When these are worked out, we could close both Bugreports.
