Phew, you aren't kidding...

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press the right mouse button over the Workspace Switcher at the bottom right and choose Preferences.
2. Click and hold on the up arrow of Number of workspaces.

Expected results:
To go up once then after a delay to go up one desktop every half a second.

Actual results:
From 1

Phew, you aren't kidding about that acceleration...

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press the right mouse button over the Workspace Switcher at the bottom right and choose Preferences.
2. Click and hold on the up arrow on Number of workspaces.

Expected results:
To go up by one if possible, then after a delay to go up one every half a second (until a limit is reached).

Actual results:
Spinner can go from 1 to 36 in less than one second.

Petr, please don't abuse the title nor tags to set the version. If the bug is opened that's because it applies to edgy, other way it would have been marked as fixed and a dapper task might have been opened if somebody thought that is worth backporting
