changes after installing Konquerer. Gnome filemanager is confused

Bug Description

After I installed Konquerer my laptop vaio shut it self down a few hours after. When I restarted Ubuntu started all programmes as it saved the session. I can't undo this.

However the bigger problem is when I open a directory via the bookmark system. Opening my home directory isn't a problem as it is done with gnome file manager. But opening a bookmarket it will open KDE filemaneger to browse the dir.
