Stuttering sound after resume from Suspend to Ram

Bug Description

After resuming from Suspend to Ram when sound is played from notification or application it stutters and never stops.
Sometimes the LED under the Mute-button is red instead of white.
Only rebooting helps to get everything back to normal.

System Info:
HP dv4-1120us, 4GB Ram, 250GB SATA HDD
Kubuntu 9.04 64bit installed with WIBU under Windows Vista 64bit
Kernel Version: 2.6.27-11-generic

Steps to recreate:
- Suspend to Ram
- Resume from Suspend to Ram
- Wait till notification plays sound/open application that plays sound

This also sometimes happens when resuming from Suspend to Disk.
