Bug Description

Ubuntu One emails are sent with a From field value of "<email address hidden>", lacking a display name. This would look a lot less strange if there was a display name of 'Ubuntu One' or something like that.

Since this is a 'noreply' address it doesn't seem to make sense to have a Name attached.

Can this be reconsidered?
While it is sent from a noreply@ address, most users don't understand what this is.
Could we have a friendly from name like "Ubuntu One"?

Yeah, sure. There is another problem with the noreply address which is that it fails http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sender_Policy_Framework checks. I believe we have a separate bug report about that - it means that the emails we send to notify people about shares and invitations may not be received.

SPF is about having a valid envelope (out-of-band) sender address; this is different to the (in-band) From: address.
